Serving Beyond the Uniform: Leadership, Resilience, and Belonging in Higher Education

Join us for a panel discussion featuring military-affiliated faculty and staff as they share how their military service and military-connected experiences have shaped their leadership, careers, and sense of purpose in higher education.

Through personal stories and professional insights, panelists will reflect on the skills, perspectives, and resilience they bring to the university, the opportunities and challenges they have encountered, and the importance of fostering belonging and community across campus.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the contributions of military-affiliated professionals and explore ways to support and celebrate veteran and military-connected members of our university community.
