Our neuroscience and lived experiences create a unique lens of how we see the world. Yet, without exploration and education, we may inadvertently apply our lens of the world in our interactions with colleagues. At times, this lens manifests as microaggressions and microbehaviors. During this talk, participants will gain an understanding of themselves and the neuroscience behind bias. We will discuss how to become more empathic and regulated in our interactions with others.

Presented by Dr. Veronica Barrios and supported by the Building Bridges Project.
