The SUNY Empire Student Government Association (SGA) holds regular meeting on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM EST.

These meetings are open to the general public in accordance with New York Open Meeting Law (OML), as the Senate reviews and votes on matters involving the Student Activity Fee (SAF) and other student governance actions that constitute a public function.

You can join any Senate meeting via this recurring meeting link

We encourage students, faculty, and members of the public to attend and stay informed about the decisions that impact our campus community.

Previous minutes can be found under Resources-Documents.

SGA: All Student Meetings

The SUNY Empire Student Government Association (SGA) hosts All-Student Meetings for all enrolled students on the Third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM EST.

These meetings are primarily informational and discussion-based, providing an opportunity for students to engage with the SGA, ask questions, and stay informed about campus initiatives.

Formal actions, such as special elections for internal positions may also take place at this event.

Attendance is limited to enrolled students of SUNY Empire. Meetings are not open to the general public because no public funds or governmental actions are being decided.
